Blonde Supper Club is Lucy Archer & Jess Fagan - two hungry girls who elevate dining through craft, informed by their artistic pursuits to finesse the aesthetic and multisensory experience of eating.

For Dead Ink, Blonde have created a vegetarian menu of traditional Polish flavours and foraged ingredients to evoke the tastes and settings of Olga Tokarczuk’s ‘Drive Your Plow Over the Bones of the Dead’.  Blonde will share their passion for Tokarczuk’s subversive, humanist, exhilarating novel, which blends the structure of a noir thriller with themes of  injustice, animal rights, religious hypocrisy and predestination; and lead a discussion of these themes over a two course meal.
