Noted for their soft, dark graphite and unique replaceable eraser attached via a unique flat ferrule, BLACKWING pencils are classics of functional design and essential components of any artist or illustrator's desk setup. Discontinued in the late 1990s, Blackwing pencils commanded ludicrous prices on auction sites from obsessed devotees until the brand made a comeback in 2008. A portion of proceeds from each sale goes to the Blackwing Foundation, which supports music and art in schools.
